The 90 Day Math

Stable chronic medications, the kind that don't change month to month, are ideal candidates for 90 day fills. Patient adherence is documented to be higher at 90 days than 30 days because the friction is lower. The 10% additional discount on 90 day fills makes the subscription price compete favorably with insurance copays for most patients.

Common Questions
Subscription pharmacy questions, answered plainly.
What medications are included?
Generic chronic disease medications only. The program is designed for medications you take regularly for an ongoing condition (blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, depression, GERD, etc.). Brand name medications are not included in the subscription price because of cost variability, but we can fill them separately at our cash price or process through your insurance.
What if I'm on more than 10 medications?
Above 10 medications, we recommend Hub City Family Plan ($29/month for Pine Belt households) if you're local and have household members to enroll, or a custom arrangement that we'll quote individually. Many patients on more than 10 medications qualify for Medicare MTM at no charge, which we set up alongside the subscription.
Will this beat my insurance copay?
Honestly, sometimes no. If you have Medicare Part D with low generic copays, or commercial insurance with $5 to $10 generic tiers, your insurance may cost less than this subscription. We'll quote both side by side before you enroll and recommend whichever is better for you. The Chronic Care Club is built for cash pay patients, high deductible plan patients, and Medicare patients in the donut hole.
Do I have to use Fairview as my pharmacy for everything?
No. You can use Chronic Care Club for your chronic medications and another pharmacy for occasional prescriptions if you prefer. Most members consolidate everything to Fairview eventually because the pharmacist visibility into your full medication list is what makes the safety review possible. But you choose.
What happens if my prescription changes mid month?
Call or text us right away. We adjust the upcoming fill, coordinate with your prescriber if needed, and ship out replacement or new medication. Mid month changes are common and no extra charge. The subscription is built around real life prescribing, not rigid auto pilot.
What's the 90 day fill discount?
If you fill at 90 day intervals instead of monthly, you get an additional 10% off the subscription price. So a Wellness Plan member paying $49/month at 30 day fills pays $132.30 per quarter at 90 day fills, which works out to $44.10 per month effective rate. Most chronic medications are stable enough for 90 day fills.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time, no fee, no questions. Your final fill ships and you keep whatever's left. We don't lock anyone in. We also have a guarantee on your first 90 days: if it isn't the most attentive pharmacy experience you've ever had, we refund your first month's membership.
Do you ship outside Mississippi?
Currently no. The Chronic Care Club is Mississippi residents only because we're licensed as a Mississippi pharmacy and the geographic scope keeps logistics tight. Patients in surrounding states should look for a local independent pharmacy with a similar program.
