How do I skip or cancel a shipment?
Inside your account, one click to skip the next shipment or to cancel the subscription entirely. We send a reminder email 5 days before each shipment so you have time to act if you don't need the order.
Can I change quantity or cadence?
Yes. Quantity, cadence (30, 60, 90, 120 days), and shipping address are all editable any time in your account. Changes take effect on the next scheduled shipment.
Are prescription medications subscribable?
Prescription medications follow a different workflow because they require physician authorization and insurance verification. Medication synchronization (all refills aligned to one monthly date) is included for free for any Fairview prescription patient. Ask us to set that up at your next refill.
What happens if a product goes out of stock?
We hold the shipment and email you the same day. You can wait for restock (we estimate the date), substitute a comparable product (Dr. Mike picks if you don't), or skip the shipment. We never bill for an item that didn't ship.
Is there a minimum order or commitment?
No. Subscribe to a single $14 multivitamin if you want. No minimum order, no minimum number of shipments, no contract.
