Website Privacy Policy
Updated October 14, 2026 to explain public Google review embeds, alongside optional AI assistance and browser chat storage.
What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. This policy covers the website; health information held by the pharmacy is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
The short version
We collect only what we need to fill your orders, answer your questions, and run your prescriptions. We use no third party advertising trackers or advertising pixels on this site. We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Your health information is handled under federal HIPAA rules, described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Public Google reviews widget
Our public homepage and reviews page may display Google reviews through an embedded SociableKIT widget. When the widget loads, the provider receives the network information required to serve the iframe, including your IP address and browser information. We set the embed not to send a referring URL. The widget displays public reviews from our Google Business Profile; it does not receive information from our intake forms, orders, accounts, or checkout. Information you give us
When you place an order, submit a form, or create an account, we collect what you type: your name, contact details, shipping address, and the contents of your request. Prescription related forms (transfers, refills, the pill pack setup, ask a pharmacist) may include your date of birth, medication names, and photos you choose to upload. Checkout for age restricted products asks for a date of birth to confirm the purchaser is an adult.
Where it goes
Website form submissions go to our pharmacy dashboard through Google Firebase. Our service providers process information to operate these services for us. We do not share form contents with advertising platforms or data brokers.
Optional AI voice and chat assistance
Our new-patient phone assistant uses Retell AI. When you choose to load the website assistant, it also connects to Retell. Retell processes messages or voice audio to respond and may process connection information, such as your IP address, for operation and abuse prevention. A microphone is used only if you choose voice and allow microphone access.
The assistant asks only for your name, callback number and preferred time. After you confirm, it saves those details and a general request category to our staff inbox. Please do not enter medication, insurance, payment or other medical details. The assistant does not provide clinical advice or confirm an appointment. You can use the regular callback form or call our staff instead.
What we measure
We count basic store events with our own first party system: an item added to a cart, a checkout started, an order placed, a form submitted. These counts contain no names, no emails, and no health information, and they exist so we can see whether the store works. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or any third party advertising pixels. The public Google reviews widget is provided by SociableKIT and is described above.
We also measure page loading, responsiveness, and layout shifts. Our own Firebase system stores daily totals by broad screen size, without page URLs, medication choices, account identifiers, or form contents. These measurements use no tracking cookies and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage for practical things only: keeping your cart between visits and keeping you signed in to your account. The optional AI chat widget also saves conversation history in your browser so it can resume. Other people using the same browser may be able to see it. Avoid using chat on shared devices; clear this site's browser data if you need to remove locally saved chat. No advertising cookies, no cross site tracking.
If you order from us or join a program, we may send you transactional and service emails: order confirmations, a welcome note, a review request after delivery, or a reminder about a cart you left. Every marketing style email includes a way to opt out, and telling us once is enough.
Payment
Stripe processes eligible OTC payments on its secure checkout page. We share the order contents, name, email, and shipping address needed to process payment and calculate tax. Our servers do not receive or store card numbers.
How long we keep it
Order and prescription records are retained as pharmacy law requires. Form submissions are kept while we are working with you and for our records afterward. You can ask us to delete information that the law does not require us to keep, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to retain. For health information, the fuller set of rights in our Notice of Privacy Practices applies. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Parents and caregivers submit information about children in their care as part of pharmacy services, and that information is handled under HIPAA like everything else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
