Website Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. This policy covers the website; health information held by the pharmacy is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
The short version
We collect only what we need to fill your orders, answer your questions, and run your prescriptions. We use no third party advertising trackers anywhere on this site. We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Your health information is handled under federal HIPAA rules, described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you give us
When you place an order, submit a form, or create an account, we collect what you type: your name, contact details, shipping address, and the contents of your request. Prescription related forms (transfers, refills, the pill pack setup, ask a pharmacist) may include your date of birth, medication names, and photos you choose to upload. Checkout for age restricted products asks for a date of birth to confirm the purchaser is an adult.
Where it goes
Everything you submit flows to our own secured systems (Google Firebase, operating under our agreement with Google) and is visible only to the Fairview pharmacy team. Form submissions land directly on our pharmacy dashboard. Nothing you type into a form on this site is shared with advertising platforms, data brokers, or any third party, and prescription related pages carry no third party code at all.
What we measure
We count basic store events with our own first party system: an item added to a cart, a checkout started, an order placed, a form submitted. These counts contain no names, no emails, and no health information, and they exist so we can see whether the store works. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or any third party tracking scripts.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage for practical things only: keeping your cart between visits and keeping you signed in to your account. No advertising cookies, no cross site tracking.
If you order from us or join a program, we may send you transactional and service emails: order confirmations, a welcome note, a review request after delivery, or a reminder about a cart you left. Every marketing style email includes a way to opt out, and telling us once is enough.
Payment
During our soft launch we collect payment by phone. Card details are never entered on or stored by this website. When online payment launches, it will run through a dedicated payment processor and card numbers will still never touch our servers.
How long we keep it
Order and prescription records are retained as pharmacy law requires. Form submissions are kept while we are working with you and for our records afterward. You can ask us to delete information that the law does not require us to keep, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to retain. For health information, the fuller set of rights in our Notice of Privacy Practices applies. To exercise any of these, call 601-544-4871 or email hello@fairviewpharm.com, and you will reach a person.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Parents and caregivers submit information about children in their care as part of pharmacy services, and that information is handled under HIPAA like everything else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
