Most patients do not need a program at all. Use Fairview normally, and join one only if the math works in your favor. The three we offer do three different jobs: Subscribe & Save for recurring OTC orders with a free pharmacist review, the Chronic Care Club for chronic medication management, and the Fairview Annual Health Review for a once a year clinical deep dive.

Common Questions
Program questions, answered plainly.
Can I combine programs?
Yes, and the combinations make sense because the three programs do different jobs. Subscribe & Save handles your recurring OTC and supplement orders, Chronic Care Club handles your prescription logistics, and the Annual Health Review is a once a year clinical deep dive. A pharmacist will tell you honestly whether any combination actually helps you. Most patients need one, and many need none at all.
Which one should I pick if I'm not sure?
Start with what you currently need most. Reordering the same OTC products and supplements? Subscribe & Save, and it costs nothing. Managing chronic conditions and tired of refill logistics? Chronic Care Club. Curious about your biomarkers and want a proactive health plan? The Fairview Annual Health Review. If you're still unsure, call us and a pharmacist will ask three or four questions and tell you honestly which one fits.
What happened to the Wellness Club?
We retired the paid Wellness Club and folded its purpose into Subscribe & Save, which is free. Anyone who paid for Wellness Club keeps their exact terms for a full 12 months, with a personal note from Dr. Mike. We would rather give the discount away than charge a fee that only pays off for heavy spenders.
Are the prices locked or do they increase?
Founding member pricing is locked for as long as you maintain your membership for Chronic Care Club and Hub City Family Plan. Subscribe & Save is free, so there is nothing to lock. The Annual Health Review price is locked at the rate you sign up at.
Do I have to be a current Fairview patient to join?
No. New patients join all of our programs. The onboarding step usually involves transferring your prescriptions to Fairview (which is free and takes 24 to 48 hours for most generics) and setting up your account. Many patients join Subscribe & Save or the Annual Health Review without filling any prescriptions at Fairview at all.
What's the difference between Chronic Care Club and Hub City Family Plan?
Chronic Care Club is an individual membership focused on managing your chronic medications. Hub City Family Plan is a Pine Belt household membership covering up to 5 people across the whole pharmacy experience for $29 a month. If you live alone or your household members don't need pharmacy services, Chronic Care Club is the right choice. If you're managing care for a spouse and a parent and yourself, Hub City Family Plan is more economical.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, on everything. No fees, no contracts beyond the month you've already paid for. You can pause or downgrade at any time. We never lock people in. The math has to work in your favor for a program to make sense, so if it stops working, you cancel and we still see you at the counter.
Still not sure which one? Call us.
No commitment. We'll ask three or four questions, look at what you actually need, and tell you which program fits. Or none, if none fit.
