These terms govern your use of fairviewpharm.com, operated by Pomank Ventures LLC dba Fairview Pharmacy, 500 Katie Avenue, Hattiesburg, MS 39401. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
Fairview Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy licensed in the State of Mississippi. This site provides pharmacy services information, health education content, and an online store for over the counter products, wellness kits, and supplements. Prescription medications are not sold through the online store.
2. Not medical advice
Content on this site, including articles, medication guides, tools, and product descriptions, is provided for education only. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a pharmacist patient relationship. Always talk with your doctor or pharmacist about your specific situation before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, we confirm availability and payment before the order ships. We may contact you by phone or email to complete payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. Prices and availability can change without notice.
4. Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines, costs, and our return policy are described in our Shipping and Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Product use and safety
Over the counter medications and supplements must be used according to their labeled directions. Read every label before use. Keep all products out of reach of children. Statements about dietary supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and those products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Fairview Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce it without written permission, except for personal, noncommercial use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairview Pharmacy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
