Shipping

• We ship nationwide within the United States.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Shipping is free on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $7.95.
• Subscribe and Save orders always ship free.
• You will receive a tracking number by email or text once your package leaves the pharmacy.
• Temperature sensitive items are packed appropriately for the season and destination.

Returns

Because we sell medications and health products, safety rules limit what can be restocked. Here is how we handle it:

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• Opened over the counter medications and supplements cannot be returned or resold. This is a patient safety standard, not a preference.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it. No need to send damaged items back.

To start a return, call us at 601 544 4871 or email mikea@fairviewpharm.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
