Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• We ship nationwide within the United States.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after secure online payment is confirmed.
• Shipping is free on orders containing a kit, including mixed orders, and other orders of $50 or more.
• Orders without a kit ship at a flat rate of $7.95 when below $50.
• Subscription items ship free. In mixed orders without a kit, the $50 threshold applies to the one-time items.
• You will receive a tracking number by email or text once your package leaves the pharmacy.
• Temperature sensitive items are packed appropriately for the season and destination.

Returns

Because we sell medications and health products, safety rules limit what can be restocked. Here is how we handle it:

• Unopened nonprescription products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup with proof of purchase for a refund of the product price.
• Opened medications and supplements are reviewed individually by a pharmacist. A refund is not automatically guaranteed, and returned products are not resold.
• Contact us if an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
• Prescription medications are excluded from this return policy. Contact the pharmacy about any prescription problem.

To start a return, call us at 601 544 4871 or email mikea@fairviewpharm.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
