How does shipping work and how soon will my order arrive?
Orders ship from our pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to all 50 states. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50. We do our best to ship the same day for orders placed before midday, and otherwise the next business day. You will receive tracking once your package leaves the pharmacy.
What is your return policy?
Unopened OTC products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For safety reasons, opened medications and personal care items are not returnable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Are the OTC products you sell FDA regulated?
Yes. OTC medications sold through Fairview are selected from products that comply with applicable FDA OTC drug requirements, including labeling standards and manufacturer quality controls. Most OTC drugs reach market through the FDA OTC monograph process, which requires products to meet specific ingredient, dose, and labeling rules. Generic medicines we carry meet the FDA's bioequivalence standard, which means the active ingredient, strength, dosage form, and intended use match the brand name reference product. Supplements sold on this site are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Why buy from a pharmacy instead of a marketplace?
A licensed pharmacy is regulated, accredited, and accountable. Every product on this site was selected by a pharmacist for a specific clinical reason, not picked up by an algorithm based on what sells. You also get free pharmacist consultation before any purchase, something marketplaces cannot offer. For OTC medicines, where active ingredients and interactions matter, that difference is real.
Can I talk to a pharmacist before ordering?

Eligible products and kits can be subscribed to. You receive your supply immediately, then automatically every 3 months. Subscriptions save 15% off the per-shipment price, ship free with no minimum, and can be paused or cancelled anytime with no fees.
