Adherence packaging included
Multi dose blister packs sorted by day and dose. All household members on multiple medications get the pillbox replaced at no charge.
Quarterly screenings
Blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and a brief medication review every three months. In store walk in or scheduled.
Priority refills
Member prescriptions are first in queue. Most fills are ready before you arrive to pick up. Cuts in store wait time to almost nothing.
Member only pharmacist line
Dedicated phone number that skips the main pharmacy queue. Dr. Mike or a designated pharmacist picks up first.
Up to five household members
Spouses, kids, aging parents you care for. All under one membership at no per person upcharge. Pets count too.

What ZIP codes are eligible?
The Hub City Family Plan currently serves Hattiesburg, Petal, Oak Grove, West Hattiesburg, Purvis, Sumrall, Laurel, Ellisville, Seminary, Columbia, Collins, Prentiss, and adjacent communities. If you're not sure your address qualifies, call us with your ZIP and we'll confirm same business day.
What counts as a household?
Anyone living at the same primary residence, plus aging parents whose care you manage even if they live separately within the service area. The cap is five members on a single plan. For larger families, contact us about custom pricing.
Does the plan cover prescription costs?
No. Prescription costs are billed to your insurance or paid out of pocket at the same prices as any Fairview patient. The plan covers the services (delivery, adherence packaging, screenings, priority refills, dedicated pharmacist line). Many members find their out of pocket spending drops because we catch the cheaper option at every fill.
Can I add a member mid month?
Yes. Adding family members during the membership year is free as long as you stay under the five member cap. The fifth slot fills first come first served.
What if I move outside the service area?
If you move outside the Pine Belt service area, the Hub City Family Plan pauses and you can transition to the national Wellness Club at the same monthly rate. Existing members keep their grandfathered pricing on either plan.
Does this replace my insurance?
No. The Hub City Family Plan is a service membership, not insurance. You still need health and prescription insurance. The plan layers on top of insurance to provide services that insurance does not cover (free delivery, adherence packaging, priority queue, dedicated pharmacist).
