What the new location is
Fairview is moving. In early fall 2026, we relocate from 500 Katie Avenue to a new home at 302 Broadway Drive in Hattiesburg. The Katie Avenue location will close when the move is complete. The new building is designed from the ground up to give us the space and the infrastructure to do the work the way pharmacy should be done in 2026 and beyond.
The new building is larger, with more counter space, more consultation rooms, and a retail floor designed to make pharmacist selected products easy to find without the warehouse aisle feel you get at chain pharmacies. The clinical service rooms allow private conversations about prescriptions, vaccines, point of care testing, and medication therapy management. The waiting area is built for comfort, not for crowd control.
What is staying the same

What is new
The new space lets us add capacity to the services patients have been asking us for.
Expanded clinical services
Private consultation rooms for medication therapy management, point of care testing, and complex new prescription consultations. We can already do these. The new space lets us do them without the workflow constraints of a busy retail counter.
Faster turnaround for routine fills
More dispensing technology and more workflow capacity means most maintenance medications are ready within twenty minutes of the request. Many same day refills will be ready before you finish your other errands.
A real retail wellness section
A pharmacist curated retail floor, including the launch of Fairview Wellness+, our nationally available over the counter wellness line. Everything on the shelf is selected by the pharmacist who fills your prescription. Nothing is there because someone paid for placement.
Expanded delivery footprint
We are increasing delivery capacity across Hattiesburg, Petal, Oak Grove, Sumrall, Purvis, Lumberton, Ellisville, Laurel, and into rural areas of Forrest, Lamar, Jones, Perry, and Covington Counties.
Why we are doing this
Fairview has grown beyond what one counter in one location can support. Patients across the Pine Belt have moved their prescriptions to us in numbers I would not have predicted a decade ago. Families that used to drive in from Petal, Sumrall, and Purvis are bringing their parents, their children, and their extended families with them. The pharmacy that the Winbornes built in 1978 was not designed for the scale we are operating at now, and continuing to grow under the current constraints meant rationing the time and the service we want every patient to receive.
The new building solves that. Serving Hattiesburg, the Pine Belt, Central Mississippi, and South Mississippi.
What this means for the brand
The new location is also the home base for a larger story that has been quietly building for the last few years. Fairview Wellness+, our national over the counter wellness line, launches alongside the new location. It carries pharmacist formulated products that meet the same clinical standard we apply behind the counter, sold through fairviewpharm.com and shipped nationwide.
The point of the expansion is not to leave Hattiesburg behind. It is the opposite. Hattiesburg is where Fairview was built, and it is where everything we launch will be tested first. The patients who walk into the new location are the patients who will tell us, plainly and quickly, whether what we are doing is working. That feedback loop is one of the most valuable things this brand has, and the new location is designed around it.
