My exact brand and doseYour pharmacist or doctor fills this in.
The one rule
- These brands are not interchangeable.
- Never switch a brand or copy a dose on my own.
- A switch needs a new prescription and a pharmacist check.
If I miss my weekly dose
- Ozempic injection: within 5 days, then skip.
- Wegovy injection: only if next dose is over 48 hours away.
- Mounjaro and Zepbound: within 4 days, keep 72 hours between doses.
- Trulicity: only if 72 hours remain before the next dose.
Never do this
- Do not count pen clicks or use online click charts.
- Do not combine two GLP-1 medicines.
- Do not use a compounded product as a substitute without a pharmacist check.
Call the doctor if
- Stomach symptoms are severe, persistent, or worsening.
- I cannot keep fluids down.
- Repeated low blood sugar with insulin or a sulfonylurea.
Emergency. Call 911
- Trouble breathing, face or throat swelling, fainting, or seizure.
- Severe steady belly pain that may reach the back, with vomiting.
- Severe low blood sugar when I cannot swallow safely.
Before surgery
- Tell the team my exact product, schedule, and last dose.
- These medicines slow stomach emptying.
- Follow the team plan, not social media.
