- HEDIS SAA, antipsychotic adherence in schizophrenia. The share of your schizophrenia patients who maintain at least 80 percent adherence to their antipsychotic. When a patient stops therapy, this score falls for every plan that patient belongs to.
- Psychiatric readmissions. A patient who stops their antipsychotic is at higher risk of relapse, and a psychiatric readmission lands on the measure tied to your panel and your value based contracts.
- Follow Up After Hospitalization (FUH) and MIPS quality. Follow Up After Hospitalization for Mental Illness, and overall MIPS quality. Patients who never stabilize on therapy are associated with lower scores on both. MIPS adjustments can reach up to 9 percent, a maximum.
