What chain pharmacies never explain.
Every major allergy guideline, from the American Academy of Otolaryngology to the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, ranks intranasal corticosteroids as the most effective first-line treatment for allergic rhinitis. That means this nasal spray works better than any antihistamine tablet for nasal symptoms.
The reason it's not everyone's first choice has nothing to do with how well it works. It's because chain pharmacies price it at $35 to $40, and patients assume there's a cheaper option that works. There isn't a cheaper option that works as well. But there is an identical option at a better price. This is it.
One critical thing to know: Fluticasone is not an instant fix. It needs 7 to 14 days of consistent daily use to reach full effectiveness. The patients who tried Flonase and it didn't work usually stopped after 2 days.

If I could recommend just one allergy product to every patient, it would be this nasal spray. Fluticasone is the most evidence-backed allergy treatment available without a prescription. It reduces every nasal symptom: congestion, sneezing, runny nose, postnasal drip. The most common mistake I see is people quitting after a few days because they expect instant relief. It builds up in the nasal tissue over one to two weeks. Give it two full weeks before you judge it. And please. Combine it with an oral antihistamine during that first week while it's building up. That combination is what allergists prescribe.

Questions, answered.
How is this different from the brand name on the same shelf?
The generic products we carry contain the same FDA-approved active ingredient, in the same dosage form, at the same strength as the brand-name product. The FDA requires generic medicines to meet bioequivalence standards before approval. The main difference customers notice is the price, not the medicine.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves the pharmacy. Free shipping on orders over $50.
What is your return policy if it doesn't work for me?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For safety reasons, opened medications are not returnable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Can I take this with my prescription medications?
Some OTC products interact with common prescriptions. We strongly recommend a free pharmacist consultation before ordering if you take blood pressure medication, blood thinners, thyroid medication, antidepressants, or other prescriptions. Call 601-544-4871 or use the Ask the Pharmacist form on the site.
Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some OTC products are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Before ordering, please request a free pharmacist consultation. A pharmacist can confirm whether this product is appropriate for your situation.
One product is good. The kit is the protocol.
Dr. Mike doesn't hand patients single products. He hands them protocols. The Complete Allergy Relief Kit is the full version of what most people need. And it skips the $50 minimum.
