70 to 80 percent of first trimester women experience nausea. 100 percent of them are also growing a human brain at the same time. Your prenatal vitamin wasn't designed for both.
Weeks 1 to 12 of pregnancy are the most biologically demanding stretch of your body's life and the stretch when most women feel the worst. Extra B6 at the ACOG recommended dose and pharmaceutical grade ginger go directly at the nausea while the prenatal formula, DHA, and magnesium support fetal neural and skeletal development. At Week 13, your kit automatically adjusts.

The standard prenatal vitamin has 2 to 4mg of B6. ACOG specifically recommends 10 to 25mg of B6 three times daily, up to 75mg per day, as first line treatment for morning sickness. The standard prenatal underdoses B6 by a factor of 10. This kit corrects that. The pharmaceutical grade ginger at 500mg is standardized to active gingerol content, the form used in the 2014 Cochrane Review of 27 randomized controlled trials confirming ginger's efficacy for pregnancy nausea.
The adaptive system updates at Week 13 (B6 removed, iron and calcium increased for fetal skeletal development) and Week 27 (magnesium increased, DHA increased for muscle preparation and final growth phase). You don't have to remember to reorder or change anything. The system does it.

First trimester is the hardest stretch of pregnancy for most women and the most nutritionally critical. You're exhausted, nauseated, and terrified. Most of the supplements in standard prenatal vitamins are calibrated for the second trimester, not the first. This kit corrects that. The B6 is the dose ACOG recommends for nausea. The ginger is pharmaceutical grade, not flavored tea. The DHA is building the brain your baby needs right now. And at Week 13, without you doing anything, your kit changes to match what your baby needs next.

Questions, answered.
What's the money back guarantee on this kit?
Most Life Journey Kits carry a 90 day money back guarantee. The Pregnancy First Trimester Kit and Postpartum Recovery Kit are 30 day. The Pregnancy Safe Illness Relief Kit is 60 day. No forms, no hassle, no restocking fee. If the kit doesn't deliver, call for a refund. Dr. Mike's personal commitment.
Will these products interact with my prescriptions?
Many supplements and OTC medications interact with common prescriptions. Before ordering, call the pharmacy for a free medication interaction review. Dr. Mike reviews your complete medication list at no charge. Takes 10 minutes. The Senior Wellness 50+ Kit includes a quarterly 20 to 30 minute review automatically.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Free shipping on all kits, always. No minimum order required for kit purchases. FSA and HSA accepted.
Are the supplements pharmaceutical grade?
Yes. Dr. Mike specifies USP verified or NSF certified supplements throughout the Life Journey Kit line. Pharmaceutical grade certification means what's on the label is what's in the bottle. The FDA does not require supplement manufacturers to prove potency or purity before sale, which is why this matters.
Does the kit come with instructions?
Every kit ships with Dr. Mike's protocol card explaining what to use when, in what order, at what dose. For pediatric and infant kits, the card includes weight based dosing tables. For pregnancy kits, the card explains trimester safety. This is the pharmacist consultation that used to require driving to a store.
