Mississippi outdoor life means fire ants, mosquitoes, poison ivy, poison oak, heat rash, sunscreen reactions, and contact dermatitis are daily realities. No single product handles all of them. The full toolkit covers localized to systemic, mild to severe, single bite to widespread reaction.
Dr. Mike's reaction protocol: localized bite or small rash uses hydrocortisone or Benadryl cream. Widespread area uses Calamine or oral antihistamine. Severe reactions with hives, breathing difficulty, or facial swelling are emergencies, not toolkit territory.
Mississippi outdoor reactions are the most common reason patients come to my counter from May through October. The four products in this kit cover the full range. Single bite, multiple bites, contact rash, allergic reaction. Use the kit in order from least to most aggressive intervention.

How is this different from the brand on the same shelf?
Where we stock the brand name (Neosporin, CeraVe, Lamisil, etc.), the medicine is identical. Our price is what changes. Where a category has equally effective generic active ingredients, the FDA bioequivalence standard guarantees the same active ingredient at the same dose. How soon will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. You'll receive a tracking number once your package leaves the pharmacy. Free shipping on kits and orders $50+. Defense Kit purchases skip the $50 minimum entirely.
What is your return policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery or pickup for unopened, nonprescription products with proof of purchase. Opened products are individually reviewed by a pharmacist. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders qualify for a refund or replacement.
Can I use this with my prescription medications or topical Rx?
Most OTC skin and wound products are compatible with prescription topicals, but the order and timing of application matter. Steroid creams, retinoids, and prescription antifungals each have their own rules. For any combination involving prescriptions, please call us at the pharmacy for a free consultation. Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most products in this collection are safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding when used as directed on small skin surface areas. Exceptions include hydrocortisone over large areas, terbinafine (Lamisil) during pregnancy, and selenium sulfide (Selsun Blue) on the scalp.
