The calcium question is not are you getting enough. It's where the calcium is going.
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100mcg 120ct. Directs calcium to bone matrix and away from arterial calcification. The missing supplement next to most calcium and vitamin D regimens.
Ships within 1 to 2 business days from our pharmacy. Free shipping on subscriptions and orders over $50.
The protocol.
- 1 softgel daily with a meal containing fat (K2 is fat soluble)
- Take with vitamin D3 for synergistic bone health support
- Allow several months for measurable cardiovascular and bone effects
- Long half life means missing a dose isn't critical, but consistency builds tissue levels
- Can be taken any time of day. With breakfast works for most.
Safe for. Use with caution.
Safe for
- Adults on calcium supplementation (universal recommendation)
- Adults on high dose vitamin D3 (5000 IU+)

What chain pharmacies never explain.
The calcium question is not are you getting enough calcium. It's whether the calcium is going into your bones or into your arteries. Vitamin K2 directs calcium to bone matrix and away from arterial calcification. Without K2, high calcium intake can actually increase cardiovascular risk.
K2 activates two important proteins. Osteocalcin pulls calcium into bone matrix where it builds density. Matrix Gla protein prevents calcium from depositing in arterial walls. Without sufficient K2, both proteins remain inactive and calcium goes where it shouldn't.
The MK-7 form is preferred over MK-4 because it has an 8 to 10 times longer half life in the body. A single 100mcg dose of MK-7 maintains tissue levels for days, where MK-4 requires multiple daily doses. Research from the Rotterdam Study and subsequent trials shows MK-7 supplementation reduces coronary artery calcification and improves bone density over multi year periods.
Most adults consume insufficient K2 through diet (it's primarily in fermented foods like natto, which is not common in Western diets). Supplementation is the practical way to ensure adequate intake, especially for adults supplementing calcium or taking high dose vitamin D.

The calcium question is not are you getting enough calcium. It's whether the calcium is going into your bones or into your arteries. Vitamin K2 directs calcium to bone matrix and away from arterial calcification. Without K2, high calcium intake can actually increase cardiovascular risk. The MK-7 form is the one I recommend because its 8 to 10 times longer half life means once a day dosing maintains tissue levels consistently. If you're taking calcium or high dose D3 without K2, you're solving half the equation.

Questions, answered.
Is this product third party tested?
Yes. Every product in the Fairview Wellness Essentials line meets at least one of these independent standards: USP Verified, NSF Certified, or ConsumerLab Tested. These organizations test for purity (no heavy metals or contaminants), potency (label dose matches contents), and dissolution (the tablet actually breaks down and absorbs). Third party verification is one of the three required tests every Wellness Essentials product must pass.
Will this interact with my prescription medications?
Many supplements interact with common prescriptions. Fish oil with warfarin can elevate bleeding risk. Vitamin K with warfarin destabilizes INR. Calcium with levothyroxine reduces thyroid absorption. Magnesium with bisphosphonates affects bone medication absorption. Before ordering, call the pharmacy for a free medication interaction review. Takes 10 minutes. Included with every order.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. You'll receive tracking once your package leaves the pharmacy. Free shipping on orders over $50. Kit purchases skip the $50 minimum and qualify for free shipping automatically.
What is your return policy?
30 day money back guarantee on unopened or opened products. If a supplement isn't working for you, return it for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Can I use my FSA or HSA card?
Yes. Fairview Pharmacy accepts FSA and HSA cards for eligible products. Many vitamins and supplements qualify with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. Contact us if you have questions about specific product eligibility.
