Is this an as-needed rescue medicine?
Follow the regular schedule prescribed for you. Benefit develops over time; do not take extra tablets to try to stop a sudden panic episode.

Either way can be used, but be consistent: always with food or always without it.
What if I forget a dose?
Take it when remembered unless the next dose is nearly due. Then skip it. Do not double up.

Which interactions matter?
Tell the pharmacist about antidepressants, linezolid, methylene blue, supplements and liver/kidney problems. MAOI antidepressants require a 14-day separation in either direction; do not manage that switch yourself. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit or grapefruit juice. When should I get medical help?
