What chain pharmacies never explain.
Gas pain and bloating happen because gas bubbles in the intestines get trapped. The surface tension of mucus in the gut holds small gas bubbles together in clusters that can't pass through the system easily. The pressure from those trapped clusters creates the bloating, cramping, and discomfort that makes a meal or a workday miserable.
Simethicone is a surfactant. It reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles, causing small trapped bubbles to coalesce into larger ones that can pass naturally. It is entirely mechanical. Simethicone does not get absorbed into the bloodstream. It does not interact with any medication. It has no systemic effect whatsoever. It enters the GI tract, does its mechanical work on gas bubbles, and exits.

Is the generic really the same as the brand?
Yes, by FDA requirement. Generic medications must contain the same active ingredient, at the same dose, in the same form, with the same route of administration as the brand name product. The FDA's bioequivalence standard requires generics to perform within 80 to 125 percent of the brand's absorption profile. Same active ingredient is not a marketing claim. It's a regulatory fact.
How soon will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
