Stubborn dandruff that hasn't responded to Head and Shoulders typically has two components: fungal overgrowth (Malassezia) and inflammatory response. Selsun Blue handles the fungus. Tea tree shampoo adds antimicrobial diversity to prevent resistance. Hydrocortisone calms the inflammation between washes. Biotin supports hair health while you treat what is essentially a low grade infection.
Rotation protocol: Selsun Blue 2 to 3 times per week. Tea tree shampoo on the other days. Hydrocortisone to affected scalp areas 1 to 2 times daily between washes. Daily biotin supplement. Expect meaningful improvement in 4 to 6 weeks.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For safety reasons, opened skincare and wound care products are not returnable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Can I use this with my prescription medications or topical Rx?
Most OTC skin and wound products are compatible with prescription topicals, but the order and timing of application matter.
