What chain pharmacies never explain.
Saline rinse is the most overlooked product in allergy care. It does not contain medication. It just flushes your nasal passages with sterile saline solution. And it works better than most people imagine.
Pine pollen, ragweed, dust, pet dander. Wherever you live, the air drops a constant load of irritants into your nose. Rinsing once or twice a day physically removes them before they have time to trigger a histamine response. Pair it with a nasal steroid spray (Fluticasone or Triamcinolone) and you get noticeably better results than the spray alone.

If a patient with severe allergies asks me what one thing they should add to their routine, I tell them: a daily saline rinse. It costs almost nothing, takes 30 seconds, and it makes every other allergy medicine work better. Rinse first, then spray. Spray works on cleaner tissue.

Questions, answered.
How is this different from the brand name on the same shelf?
The generic products we carry contain the same FDA-approved active ingredient, in the same dosage form, at the same strength as the brand-name product. The FDA requires generic medicines to meet bioequivalence standards before approval. The main difference customers notice is the price, not the medicine.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our pharmacy in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves the pharmacy. Free shipping on orders over $50.
What is your return policy if it doesn't work for me?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For safety reasons, opened medications are not returnable. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Can I take this with my prescription medications?
Some OTC products interact with common prescriptions. We strongly recommend a free pharmacist consultation before ordering if you take blood pressure medication, blood thinners, thyroid medication, antidepressants, or other prescriptions. Call 601-544-4871 or use the Ask the Pharmacist form on the site.
Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some OTC products are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Before ordering, please request a free pharmacist consultation. A pharmacist can confirm whether this product is appropriate for your situation.
